過去に殺人容疑で何度も収監、しかしその度に不起訴、又は脱走に成功している謎の男、乱田がまたもや逮捕された。彼の変質性や不気味な洞察力は尋問を進める桜田を苦しめる。…そんな中、再び脱獄を画策する乱田…過去のトラウマによりサディストに目覚めた乱田が桜田のサド性をも暴き、そして狂気の宴が始まる。
