社会派ニュースキャスターの古瀬由起子は人知れずセクシー仮面に変身して街に巣食う悪と戦い続けていた。そんなある日、巷を騒がせていた連続集団レイプ事件の被害者の父親、宮崎は始末屋に襲われているところをセクシー仮面に助けられる。宮崎はセクシー仮面の助言に従い由起子に協力を求めた。由起子は事件を裏で操るブラックタートルという組織をあぶりだすために宮崎と共に組織の秘密パーティーに潜入し証拠を掴もうとするが、それはセクシー仮面をおびき出し、生贄にするための罠だった！
