時田邸の主・時田修造が何者かによって惨殺され、その莫大な財産が長女の久美（木内あきら）に相続されようとしていた。次女の道子（中村愛美）は病気だった。捜査にあたった刑事・井川は、久美に目をつけたが久美にはアリバイがあった。そして、隣家に住む青年・秋山健吾が事件を目撃していたのだった。久美の魔性の魅力に惹かれ、いつしか激しく求め合う二人。そんな中、第二の殺人事件が起きた。
