ER（緊急救命室）に勤務する女医・真美は、ドクター沢木の緊急オペに立ち会う…だが手術後、患者の容態が悪化し死亡してしまう。現場に居た真美は、沢木の医療ミスを疑う。しかし、教授のイスを狙う沢木は真美の存在が目障りになり、口封じの為に無理矢理犯す！その後も沢木は真美に麻酔薬を打ち輪姦する…。
