人工的にワームホールを造りだす人類初の宇宙船の飛行士、山中麻衣は事故で地球に酷似した惑星サンガに不時着する事に。惑星サンガの大気のなかでは超人的なパワーを持つ麻衣はアースレディーとして無法地帯と化した惑星サンガの救世主として戦う事になった。そんなある日、悪の帝国マズーの麻薬工場を爆破したテロリスト、パルナスがマズ―の親衛隊に襲われている所を助ける事に。平和なサンガを取り戻すために戦う義賊に力を貸そうとするアースレディーだったがマズ―はパルナスを利用しアースレディーの弱点を探り出す事に成功する。
