浅岡ミナミは惑星オメガの爆発によって飛来したオメガ星人の子孫。地球上ではスパンデクサーとしてスーパー能力を発揮して悪と戦っていた。そんなある日、惑星オメガの王に仕えた宮廷道化師クラウンビッチが地球に現れる。かつて王を裏切り、クーデターの首謀者とつながっていたクラウンビッチは、コスモエンジェルに捕らえられ、宇宙刑務所に収監されていたが、脱走し復讐の機会をうかがっていたのだ！地球上ではスパンデクサーと同じく超人的な強さを持つクラウンビッチはスパンデクサーの弱点であるクリープナイトを餌に地球の犯罪者クラウンファットと手を組み、地球を征服しようと画策する…［BAD END］
