閉鎖されている軍事研究施設で犯罪組織オヴィスは拉致した生物学者を利用し生物兵器の実験や開発を行っているとの情報が入る。政府は直属の特殊任務遂行部隊『S.O.R.U.（Special Operation Raid Unit）』の派遣を決断する。『S.O.R.U.』の紅一点であるRionaはその若さと美貌からは想像できない強硬な精神と戦闘能力によって多くの任務を成功させてきた、潜入のエキスパートである。今回の任務は生物兵器の撲滅と生物学者の救出である。単独任務だが、特別困難な任務ではないと思われていた。任務遂行の夜、軍事研究施設に難なく潜入に成功したRiona。弾薬を温存し、持ち前の柔軟さを最大限に利用した肉弾戦で見張りを奇襲し、施設の最深部を目指す。
