新人看護婦・松岡は念願だった看護婦資格を取り、病院に赴任することになった。そして、病院の廊下を歩いていると男女の喘ぎ声が聞こえてきた。見ると患者と看護婦のFUCKを見つける。驚いた松岡の前に現れたのは婦長の宮沢だった。宮沢は松岡をナースステーションに呼び出し看護婦就業規定を読みあげた。「婦長並び先輩看護婦の命令には絶対服従」戸惑う松岡に看護婦達は手錠をかけ、内診台に乗せる…。
