魔物が取り付いたテレビ企画「洒遊記」、愛部聖子は突如魔の力でテレビの画面内に吸収されてしまう。そこに現れたのは悪魔の取り付いた三蔵法師と孫悟空達だった。三蔵法師は、美しく若い女を引きずりこみ、その肉体を凌辱し、悪しき魔界の功徳を得ていた。愛部聖子は聖なる力でセーラープリーストに変身した。孫悟空、沙悟浄、猪八戒は三蔵法師の命令でセーラープリーストに襲いかかる。だが、愛のセーラー戦士セーラープリーストは魔物と化した孫悟空達を薙ぎ倒してゆく！三蔵法師は、弟子である孫悟空達の修行の封印を解き、身軽にしてやるのだった。
