地球防衛隊、作戦部隊将校、葵七海。彼女は星王バゼーを中心とし、地球征服を企む悪の組織、ゴズア大星団と戦っていた。次から次へとビドラー兵達を倒していく葵だったが、宇宙獣人、ゾルバンの触手攻撃に苦戦し、チャージマーメイドに変身する。そこへ現れる強敵、副官ブーガ。一人では敵わないマーメイド。絶体絶命の大ピンチ。その瞬間、助けに現れたのは銀河特捜刑事、プリムローズだった。二人で力を合わせ、ブーガを倒すことに成功する。プリムローズを地球防衛隊本部に招く葵。
