超装戦士マクガイザーとして宇宙の平和を守るアルテナは宇宙刑務所から脱走した極悪犯セザールを死闘の末逮捕し、つかの間の休息を満喫していた。そんな時セザールが再び脱走し、地球人数名を人質にして共和国に対しマクガイザーとの交換条件を突きつけてきた。アルテナは罠だと知りながらも人質救出に向かう事に。死闘の末セザールを追いつめるが相棒のムサンガを人質に取られ、ついにセザールの手に落ちてしまう。セザールは積年の恨みを晴らすべくマクガイザーにとって最大の恥辱拷問を用意していた…［BAD END］
