女子校生でありながら悪の組織「デス」から世を守る正義の組織「ジャスティス」の戦士である疾風院ハルカは、戦闘でデスの戦闘員達を次々と倒していた。偶然よろけた戦闘員がハルカの胸や股間を鷲掴みにしてしまい、ハルカは恥ずかしさのあまり大きな声をあげ戦闘員を振り払うが、デスの戦闘分析班はこの悲鳴と仕草を見逃していなかった。異星人であるデスは地球人の胸や股間が性的な器官である事を知らない為ハルカの悲鳴は大きなダメージによるものと勘違いし、胸と股間攻撃に特化した怪人・パニッシャーを作り出す…。［BAD END］
