三万年後に人類が起こした終末戦争。‘ガルゼリア’は‘スフィルナ’を滅ぼそうとしていた。スフィルナの王‘アンセム’は、ガルゼリアの総帥‘NARITA’の始祖は三万年前の地球、すなわち2000年代の現代の地球に生存する事を察知し、20年前に刺客としてクレセントナイツ=ユリアを送り込んだが、あろうことか‘NARITA’の始祖の子種を宿してしまうのであった。スフィルナは新たな刺客としてクレセントナイツ=アヤを送り込む。地球人‘夏木亜矢’として何も知らずに生まれ育ち、平凡なOLとして暮らしていたある日…。
