現代より少し未来の東京――。水素電池や人型ロボットが実用化された時代。そんな技術の進歩とは裏腹に、犯罪検挙率は低下し、社会不安が増大する一方であった。そこに合法、・非合法を問わずに様々な危険な仕事を請け負う危険代行業（D.S.A）を営む三人組がいた！？今回そこに舞い込んできた依頼は、プロ野球チームのワンマンオーナーの桃井桃吉の誘拐であった。依頼を実行しようとするが、裏の顔を持つ桃井の身辺には屈強なボディガードがついており、一筋縄では行かない。何とか誘拐に成功するものの、なんと桃井は死んでいたのだった！どうにか死んでいるのを何とか隠そうとするが…。
