かつて地球でヒロイン・フェザーピンクという戦隊ヒロインに倒されたはずの触手怪人マヌスが、遺伝子操作によって再生させられつつあった。その頃、地球では飛翔戦隊プライドファイブの3人が戦っていた。見事な連携と個人技でハウルの兵たちを駆逐する3人。作戦本部に戻った三人だったが、結果を喜ぶ男二人に対し完璧主義の優菜はもっと効率的な戦闘が出来るはずだと食ってかかる。ムードメーカーの巧によってその場は収まるが、一人外に出た優菜はまだ先ほどの怒りが収まらない。
