銀河帝国デビルガーデンの送り出す怪人の数々はすべからくチャージファイブによって倒されて行った。そこで、星帝ファズンは銀河ポイントMS800にある惑星で発見された、圧倒的な生命力と繁殖力を誇る寄生生物・ヌールを培養し、コスモパワーの発信源を探すため、チャージファイブの中で一番非力なチャージマーガレットに狙い定め、指揮官として、怪人オーパスを送り出す。オーパスの触手攻撃によって捕らえられたマーガレットは体中からエネルギーを奪われ、その強化スーツの中に触手の進入を許してしまう。
