悪の組織に拉致された渚マリアは改造人間にされるが脳手術の前に脱出し、その時から音波人間アタックとして悪と戦う事を決意する。アタックにいつも計画を阻止されてしまう悪の組織はもう一度、渚マリアを意のままに動く女戦士として洗脳しようと企むのだった。そして悪の権化ドクターギルダーは、アタックを破壊するために造ったサイボーグ・バンダーを完成させる。渚マリアはアタックに変身して戦うが必殺の音波投げも通用しなかった。アタックはバンダーの怪力に苦しみ白目をむき失神してしまうのだった…。［BAD END］
