ソープ嬢の咲（大槻ひびき）は、ある日、謎めいた客・桃次郎にスカウトされ、江戸時代に連れて行かれる。桃次郎は未来から来たエージェントだった。歴史を変えようと企む悪の組織は、未来の地球政府大統領の先祖に子供ができないようにするため、花魁に化けた刺客（佳苗るか）を差し向け、誘惑しようとしていた。かくして、大統領のご先祖様=伊戸藩主・秀基の寵愛をめぐって、ソープ嬢vs花魁の床上手対決が開催されるのだった。さらに秀基のいいなずけ愛乃姫（若葉みなみ）も巻き込んで、奇想天外なSEXバトルが繰り広げられる……！
