度胸と人情の積荷を載せて！行くぞ、デコトラどこまでもー！！「何でデコトラ乗ってるかって？まあ…ふるさとみてぇなもんだからよ…」東へ西へ、今日もデコトラを走らせる美菜（優希まこと）は、ある日、演歌歌手・尾藤（久保新二）とその弟子・紋二郎（森谷勇太）と偶然知り合う。尾藤の唯一のヒット曲「なみだ峠」が、美菜の亡き父の愛唱歌でもあったことから、すっかり意気投合する三人。そんな中、尾藤は昔、故郷に捨ててきた妻と娘に再会するために、美菜に「故郷の下北半島まで自分を運んでもらいたい」と哀願するのだが…。
