千年前、封印した魔族が復活した…輪廻転生でセーラー戦士として生まれ変わった愛川咲はまだ美少女戦士として覚醒してなかった。魔神イビルキングは覚醒する前に愛川咲を殺そうとする。その時、一匹の猫が彼女を救い、セーラー戦士セーラーアテナに変身する呪文を教えるのだった。彼女は、千年の時を超え再びセーラーアテナの姿となり魔物を倒すのだった。しかし、セーラーアテナの相棒の猫クルルが魔神イビルキングに呪いをかけられ化け猫にされてしまう。セーラーアテナは何度も化け猫となったかつての相棒を追い詰めるが…［HAPPY END］
