俳優を目指す宣弘には、母の再婚相手の連れ子めぐがいた。理想と現実とのギャップにくじけそうになっていた宣弘の前に突然めぐがやってきて、一緒に暮らすと言い始める。恋人・麻衣との関係は良好だが次第にめぐへの想いが強くなっていく宣弘。しかし、めぐは勤務先であるメイドカフェの上司・村沢と不倫関係にあった。そんな事実を知らない宣弘は、めぐとの生活に安らぎを見出していた。
