主人公、安城崎人は、私立・清綾学園に通う学生。可愛い姉がいること以外、取り立てて特徴は無い平凡な男の子です。密かに同じクラスの勇美に想いを寄せてはいるものの、彼女は風紀委員の委員長。そのうえ姉の万里音が所属する新聞部と校内の風紀を巡って対立していて、なかなか接近する機会がありません。間に立つ崎人はどちらも気になりつつ、とりあえずは平和に、平穏な学園生活を送っていました。
