恋人と結婚の約束をしている範子は、父の転勤で東京の学校に通うことになる。ある日、授業中に気分を悪くし保健室に行くが、保健室勤務の笹木に睡眠薬を嗅がされ、地下に監禁されてしまう。なんとか脱出したがさらなる悲劇が。
