金蹴りや電気あんまは、ほとんどの女優さんが今まで経験した事の無い行為です。金蹴りというのは男性の金玉だけがダメージを受けるワケではなく、蹴る側の女性の脚も結構なダメージを受けます。その為、撮影前に蹴り方の練習が必要になりますが、その練習台になるのがADやカメラマン助手、時には監督やプロデューサーまでが痛みにのた打ち回りながら指導しているのです。
