ホームレス狩りと称したゲームが少年達の間で流行し、罪のないホームレスの人々が襲撃を受けるという事件が頻発する！事件の裏にエゴーの陰謀を察知したマーシャルフォースは事件発生場所の近隣家庭や学校、遊技場をくまなく調査する事に。そんな時、マーシャルフォースの紅一点、マーシャルピンクこと、如月さやかは河川敷に暮らす一人のホームレスが少年に乱暴されている所を救出するが、エゴーに勧誘され改造人間フランガとして復活し、復讐を開始する。さやかは少年を守るために単身フランガに立ち向かうが圧倒的なパワーに歯が立たず甚振られる事に…！？［HAPPY END］。
