一流商社に勤める保奈美は恋人に貢ぐために夜のキャバレーで働くことになる。ボーイの松崎は素人っぽい彼女に惹かれる。ナンバーワンの慶子は自分の客を保奈美にとられ、怒って店を辞める。他の女たちも夜ごとに毒をはらんだ花のように男たちを迷わせている。新宿歌舞伎町のピンサロを舞台に、そこで働く女たちの人生を漁色の城の内幕を暴露したドラマ。
