無敵のスーパーレディーを葬り去ろうと、宿敵Drマックスは恐るべき計画を立てていた。それは同じくスーパーレディーに煮え湯を飲まされている宇宙犯罪者ムサンガ星人と結託し、スーパーレディーの弱点であるクリープナイトを原料にした粘液を開発しその粘液が満たされた落とし穴にはめるという恐るべき計画だったのだ！そうとは知らないスーパーレディーはまんまとDrマックスの誘導作戦に掛り秘密基地に現れる。戦闘員をあっさりと葬り余裕しゃくしゃくでDrマックスを追いつめるがDrマックスの手前に仕掛けられた落とし穴に落ちてしまう。
