これは、昭和の初期、離れ小島の刑務所で起こった陰惨な物語である。若くて美しい女性教官。彼女は監視と肉体関係をもつ一方、所長のスパイ役も務めていた。囚人を装って房内に潜入し、囚人たちの秘密を巧妙に探りだして所長に報告しているのだ。そのために思想犯は自殺し、女囚とレズにおぼれた同僚は処分された。だが、彼女が所長の横流し事件を知ったことから彼女も女囚たちから凄惨なレズ拷問を受けて…・・異才高橋伴明が自作のシナリオを迫真のクールタッチで演出したこのドラマは女性刑務所の内幕を生々しく再現した意欲作である。（C）新東宝映画
