アイドルに憧れる18歳の女子大生。「私もアイドルになりたい…」と日々思いながらも、内気で消極的な性格が災いしてオーディションを受けることなど決して出来ない。そんな彼女がある日求人雑誌で「アイドル事務所のマネージャー募集！！」というアルバイトを見つけ、「これなら私にも出来るかも。もしかしたらアイドルになれるかもしれないし…」という思いから、面接に行く決意をする。
