専門学校の秘書課に通う理恵。父が入院してしまったため、彼女は入院費を作るために学校を辞め働くことを決意した。理恵の父が密かに就職の世話をしていた貿易会社の秘書室に誘われた彼女は、さっそく社長の近藤と会い、正式に採用が決まった。実は近藤は秘書の敬子をノーパンにして働かせるようなセクハラ男。理恵を気に入った彼は敬子を遠ざける。敬子は秘書室長の村上を味方につけ、彼への復讐を企んだ。近藤は大物政治家を箱根に招待し、理恵を連れて旅館へ向かった。そこで彼は理恵の肉体に手をつけた。
