瀬戸内海に浮かぶ緑豊かで穏やかな大?島。今は欲望と狂気に満ちた地となっている。UNKNOWN-LEVEL4、収束したはずの感染災害がこの地で再発したのであった。街は多数の感染者が徘徊し、いたるところで彼らによる凌辱劇が繰り広げられていた。この混乱から逃れようとして誠、彩月、茜梨、ターヤ達は街はずれの森の中を進んでいた。難をのがれたがやみくもに進んでいるのは危険ではないかと考えた一行は、ターヤの親友である村上怜のいる神社を目指すことにした。しかし、感染は予想以上に早く広がり…。
