定時制学校に赴任してきた教師のショウ子。ショウ子が受け持つクラスには不登校の中年男から元風俗嬢、ヤンキーらがやりたい放題で問題には事欠かない。赴任一日目から早くもショウ子に狙いを定める生徒たち。しかもショウ子を狙うのは、生徒だけでなく、体育教師・小松もいやらしく目を光らせていた…。しかしあくまでクールビューティー・ショウ子は、生徒たちの悩みを解決していく。
