真田くノ一として生きる道を選んだかすみ（桃瀬えみる）の新たな敵は服部半蔵だった。上田城の陥落をもくろむ半蔵は、くノ一芥子（春咲いつか）に密命を与える。上田城で見回り役を務める正志郎は、桃喜楼の女郎・小袖（西野翔）に入れあげていた。そんな正志郎を誘惑する芥子。その肉体で正志郎を虜にした芥子は上田城の抜け穴を探して欲しいと懇願する。
