ブラウン博士は、山奥の研究施設で黒木あみに対して知能指数を向上させる実験をしていた。しかし、ブラウン博士が差し出した薬を飲んだ黒木は、突如巨大化してしまったのである。戸惑う黒木を山中に残し、ブラウン博士は東京に有る研究所に…。巨大になった黒木は、山中を徘徊した後、ブラウン博士を探しに東京へ向かう。
