OL時代、勤務中に便意が襲って参りました。しかし、仕事に対する使命感が強い真琴は、仕事を優先させるあまり、オフィスでうんこを漏らしてしまうのです。営業の電話を受けながら、そして緊急な書類をコピーしながら…。書類を倉庫番に届ける為、訪れる米倉真琴。OLらしいユニフォームに身を包んでいる。誰も居ない…。机が一つ無気味に…。突然入り口のドアが閉まり驚き、恐怖に苛まれながらドアノブを回すが何故か鍵が掛かっており、ドアが開かない。いきなり背後から顔を押さえられた…。
