トイレ会社の健太郎は、毎朝同じ電車に乗り合わせる純子に憧れていた。ある朝、彼女に愛を告白しようとして女の痴漢に脅かされ、有金を巻き上げられた。女は純子の姉・竜子。二人は関東一の親分を名乗る浩二の娘で、兄・文太はジゴロ気取りのオカマというヘンな男。健太郎の人柄に惚れた浩二は二人の交際を認めたが、そのころ組には若い衆もいなくなり、解散を迫られる状態だった。そこへ代貸しの信夫が刑務所から出てきたので、浩二は大事な看板を奪われてしまった。
