女医として三年目の立花里子は患者に評判がいい。一方、先輩女医・辻は評判が悪い。そんな時、離島にある病院の分院派遣の話が持ち上がり、患者からの評判も選考基準に入れると聞いた辻医師が、里子を失脚させる為に自分寄りの中山婦長を使い、患者とキスをしている写真をでっち上げ、院長に見せて失脚させる。病院を汚したとの理由から院長や辻医師、そして患者にまで凌辱輪姦されると言う罰を与えられる…。
