Because a husband encountered restructuring as for the Episode 1 "relations Sayo not to be good of Doctor and the Nurse", will do the Nurse which I did in old days. The Sayo which was exhausted for the relations with the husband has relations with Sawamura who is the Doctor of the hospital of the So. But the Sayo is damaged for the word "not to want to disturb Home" of Sawamura, and be going to die…. (other one episode collecting)
