悪の組織グラウンと戦う迷探偵江戸川小五郎の使えない助手、明智雅。だが、彼女にはもう一つの顔があった。その名は聖拳グレイサー！正体を隠してグラウンの暗殺ロボットを倒し続けてきたグレイサーだったが、悪の組織グラウンはグレイサーの正体を暴いて倒す策を考える。江戸川小五郎のそばにグレイサーが多く現れることに注目したグラウンの幹部・木崎周全は、自分の警護を江戸川に依頼し、暗殺ロボットゴンガーに襲わせることで、グレイサーをおびき出す。そしてその正体が明智雅だと確信し、秘書の姫島忍に雅を襲わせる…。［BAD END］
