かつて電磁人間アタックも餌食となったデモンキングダムの人間狩りが再び始まった。鈴川 嵐子は、デモンキングダムが放った戦闘員・デスポーン達が追う人間たちの一人に入ってしまう。多少腕に覚えがある鈴川 嵐子は、デスポーン達に抵抗するのだが、やはり多勢に無勢で追い詰められてしまう。その時！嵐子の影が実体化しデスポーン達を見事に倒すのだった。突如不思議な力を手に入れた嵐子は、驚きと同時にその力を使いデモンキングダムを倒すと心に決めたのであった。そのカゲの実体化したヒロインこそ、正義の戦士シャドウレディだったのだ！しかし、迫り来る悪夢を鈴川 嵐子、シャドウレディはその時はまだ知る由もなかった…［BAD END］
