第三の女体恐慌、始まる。矢島澪は男女平等を考える会から抗議の電話を受ける。女性防犯対策課の存在が男性差別であると言う訴えだ。澪はいかにその考えが歪んでいるかを説く。しかし、この時の電話が恐ろしい悲劇へと発展してゆく。突然、姉が行方不明となり、男女平等を考える会を名乗る男から電話が…。男は、姉の行方不明に関係しているかのようなことを匂わせ、澪を呼び出した。男女平等を考える会の本当の目的とは？
