地球防衛隊EGTのアキラ隊員の正体は、G55銀河からやってきた宇宙人ルーシアで、凶悪怪獣や宇宙人から地球を守る宇宙パトロールの一員なのである。地球侵略を企む女宇宙人 マーラ星人はルーシアを抹殺するために一計を案じ、石油コンビナート付近に巨大ロボット ディカイザーを送り込んでルーシアにけしかける！！ディカイザーの硬い装甲を相手に、海辺で戦うルーシアは苦戦を強いられるも何とか勝利を得た。しかしその時、黒い霧に包まれたルーシアは十字架貼り付けの状態で山岳地帯へワープさせられる！！
