出演者は全員大量に水分を取らされて、もう既にオシッコが漏れそうなところから様々なゲームにチャレンジします。そのゲームはオシッコが漏れそうになる意地悪なものばかり。しかし、賞金が掛かっている為、皆ガマンにガマンを重ねます。が、次々におもらしが始まり、会場は文字通りオシッコの海と化します。後半はあこがれのOL姿でパンストとハイヒールがオシッコでビショビショに。見応え充分のファン待望の一作です。
