＜ルール＞2チームに分かれます。クイズに答えるとラッキーボールがもらえます。クイズに答えられないと浣腸されます。最終的にラッキーボールが多いチームの勝ちです。勝ったチームは賞金がでます。途中で我慢出来なくなり脱糞した場合はラッキーボールを1つ没収します。今回は全員リクルートスーツ姿で初々しい就職活動をする女子大生といった面々がチャレンジしてくれました。豊田春美さんと栗田美沙さんのチームと嵯峨育実さんと上村アスカさんのチームの賞金を賭けた真剣勝負。（今回、浣腸されるのは嵯峨育実さんと栗田美沙さんです。）
