単身ゴーグの副幹部ザイバと怪人テツクズゴーグと戦っていたビーストレンジャーの紅一点ホワイトタイガー・日向冴香は、ザイバに変身携帯を奪われた上に、苦手な蛙からできたカエルゴーグも現れて苦戦するが、隙をついて変身携帯を奪い返しホワイトタイガーに変身し反撃に出る。だが女幹部のツエーナが現れ、ゴーグのアジトに連れていかれて敗北し囚われの身となってしまう。
