悪と戦うセーラーメディウムは、祈りを捧げている最中に不穏を感じる。以前倒した怪人が呪文を唱え死んでいった事である。その予感は的中し、メディウムの前に現れたのはセンジュ！自分の名前を問い掛けられたメディウムが返事を返すと、センジュの手の中に膀胱が現れる。センジュが膀胱を握り締めるとメディウムが突然苦しみだす。そう、センジュの呼びかけに答えた人間は、自分の臓器の一部がセンジュによって取り出されるのだ！必死に絶えるメディウムであったが、我慢しきれずに失禁してしまう！［BAD END］
