花と自然を愛する少女、美咲 香は、ひょうんなことから花の妖精フラウから魔法の力をもらい花の魔法戦士フローレアとして魔物と戦うことになる。最初はとまどう香だが、自分が選ばれた戦士であり悪の妖精が人間を滅ぼそうとしているのを知った今、その使命を強く受け止めフローレアとして戦う決意を新たにする。邪悪な妖精王デビラータは、計画をフローレアに邪魔をされ苛立つが虫を操るインゼルグが秘策を打ち出すのだった。その秘策によってフローレアは、まさに絶体絶命の窮地に追い込まれるのだった…【BAD END】
