本作は小沢アリスを極限まで凌辱し尽くす映像を意図して制作された。撮影開始時は凌辱を続ける男たちにキレて絶叫する場面もあったが、本人のプロ意識のためなんとか撮影は続行されていく。しかし暗いスタジオで監禁・マゾ凌辱を受けるうちに、アリスの精神の歯車が狂いだす。もはやいつものアリスの面影はない。執拗にアリスを追い回す餓鬼のように群れた裸体の男たち。血管がブチ切れそうになりながら顔面を紅潮させ耐えるも、終わりの見えない凌辱と蹂躙。全編鬼イラマ、鬼ピストンでアリスの狂気間際の表情を映写する衝撃の輪姦映像。
