遥か十万光年の彼方アンドロメダ星雲にあるブル星に生まれ、地球の平和を守るためにやって来たブルセイダーは普段は地球人の女性、幸田泉として家庭教師をしているが、一度事件が起きるやブルセイダーに変身して悪党を退治する正義のヒロインとして地球の人々の平和のために日々戦っていた。しかし地球征服を企む猿人惑星パルナスの王ムカは野望の障害になるブルセイダーを排除しようとある計画を画策する！それは泉の教え子マサルを拉致洗脳し、ブルセイダーを罠にはめるという卑劣なものだった！
