宇宙から飛来した犯罪者達を取り締まる宇宙特捜隊の一員である柏原奈保子は捜査中の事故で瀕死の重症を負うが宇宙連邦の秘密計画、巨乳特捜プロジェクトの実験により一命を取り止め巨乳特捜パイナーとして宇宙の平和を守ることになったのだ！そんなある日、秘密結社ギラーの人身売買の現場を発見した奈保子はパイナーに変身してギラーの戦闘員と人身ブローカーのバイエルンを一斉に逮捕する。しかしパイナーによって計画の邪魔をされた宇宙犯罪者たちは結託して彼女を陥れる策略を思いつく…。
